CHEQUE: Cheque Processing Solution For NACS

The volume of cheque generated by most Nigerian banks, ever in the post consolidation era, do not justify the acquisition and use of reader-sorters. To meet the needs of banks with low volume of cheque (below 10,000 cheques a day) we offer our CheqPro back office cheque data and image processing solution. The CheqPro system is designed to read, capture and process cheque and dividend warrants at the rate of about 4,800 cheque per hour and generate the same NACS files and reports the big reader-sorters generate, for about 10% of the capital outlay. CheqPro is adaptable for easy interface with host banking application program like Globus, Flex Cube, Phoenix, Bankmaster, etc.

HITECH Cheque Image Archive Management Solution

The HITECH Cheque Image Archive Management Solution facilitatea the imaga capture; processing, display, storage and retrieval of MICR encoded cheques and finanical vouchers. The solution deploys a powerful scanner that captures the images of cheques or vouchers front and back and stores away captured images in hard drives, floppies or CDs. Stored images can be transferred to a central server via the bank’s network. Through a formatted display option and logic sorting, exact cheques required for printing are called up and printing at 4,8,16 and 32 pages on A4 paper size.
